Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9/4/2026
Data BN is a marketing platform for businesses, operated by BoomConsole LLC ("BoomConsole," "we," "us," or "our"). Wherever "Data BN" appears in this Privacy Policy, it refers to the platform/service itself, the legal entity responsible for the practices described here is BoomConsole LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and the Data BN Service (the "Service").
This policy covers two kinds of data separately, because they're handled differently:
- Account data: information about you or your business when you sign up for and use Data BN.
- Client customer data: the contact and customer information our business clients upload into Data BN to run their own marketing campaigns.

Usage data
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
- Product usage data, such as which features you use and campaign performance metrics
Communications

Information Our Clients Upload ("Client Customer Data")
If you are a Data BN client, you may upload your own customers' contact information (such as names, emails, phone numbers, and purchase history) to run email/SMS campaigns and manage your audiences.
For this data, you (the client) are the data controller, and Data BN acts as a data processor: we process this information only to provide the service to you and in accordance with your instructions. We do not use client customer data for our own marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To process payments and manage your account
- To send you service-related communications (billing, updates, support responses)
- With your consent, to send you product updates or marketing about Data BN
- To provide managed/done-for-you services you've subscribed to
- To monitor and improve the Service, including analytics on usage
- To protect the Service against spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity (see Section 6, reCAPTCHA)
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or client/customer data. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the service: see Section 6 for the specific providers we use and what they do
- Legal compliance: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Data BN, our users, or others
- Business transfers: if Data BN is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy
Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. Client customer data is retained for as long as the client's account is active, or as instructed by the client, and is deleted or returned upon account closure in accordance with our data processing terms.
Third-Party Services We Use
Data BN relies on the following categories of third-party providers to operate the Service. Each processes certain personal data on our behalf, and each has its own privacy practices worth reviewing if you'd like more detail.

Cookies & Tracking
Data BN does not set custom cookies directly yet. However, third-party tools we use on our website, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels (see Section 6) automatically set cookies on your browser as part of how those tools function, in order to measure site traffic, understand usage, and evaluate the performance of our advertising.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality but will not affect your ability to use the core Service if you are a logged-in Data BN customer.
Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time (via the unsubscribe link in our emails)
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Data BN is currently based in the United States, and our operations and infrastructure are primarily US-based today. As we grow, we intend to expand our Service to businesses and individuals in other countries.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. As we begin serving customers in additional countries—particularly the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland—we will implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) before doing so, and will update this Privacy Policy to reflect those changes.
Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Client customer data uploaded by our clients is subject to the client's own privacy practices, not ours; if a client uploads data belonging to a minor, that is governed by the client's compliance obligations, not Data BN's.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
